Facial Plastic Surgery

Facial Plastic Surgery addresses deformities of the whole face, lips, mouth, jaws, nose, ears, scalp, and/or neck. These deformities can be the result of birth deformities, cancer, accidents, trauma, burns, or previous surgery.

Dr. Deleyiannis has been annually and consistently recognized by his peers as a Top Doctor in Denver for Facial Plastic Surgery (5280 Magazine, Top Doctor, Plastic Surgery of the Head and Neck, 2010-2017). This recognition stems from his unique training, proven and published results, and dedication to his patients. He is double board-certified in both Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, is Fellowship Trained in Head and Neck Oncology and Reconstruction, and performed the majority of complex facial and head and neck reconstruction at 2 major academic centers, the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Colorado, for over 16 years.  His reconstructive outcomes and unique qualifications have been highlighted in national publications (See UCHealth and National Geographic) and profiles (See Pittsburgh Professional Magazine).

Dr. Deleyiannis’ years of experience also allow him to provide the best care in cosmetic facial surgery.  Cosmetic facial plastic surgery is surgery performed to enhance the visual appearance of the facial structures and features. Common procedures include facelifts, eye lifts, ear reshaping (i.e., otoplasty), rhinoplasty, chin and cheek implants, liposuction, and procedures to correct facial wrinkles.

As a nationally recognized expert in Microvascular Surgery, free tissue transfer (i.e., transplanting tissue from one site of the body to another, in order to reconstruct an existing defect) is a routine part of Dr. Deleyiannis’ practice for reconstructing defects of the face, extremities, and breast /chest wall.
